I have been in real estate since 2001. So I have experience in both hot and slow markets. I work with first time home buyers and high end clients. I work hard for all of my customers and clients, no matter what price range they are in. Everyone is important to me. I also have a 24 hour 7 days a week calling policy. I can't always be available to answer your phone call, but I will make sure I get back to you in a reasonable amount of time. I am a volunteer firefighter for Spokane County District 9 and sometimes I may be on a call.

I place my listings on craigslist, google and other websites. I also have a 360 virtual tour done to each of my listings, so potential buyers can virtually see each listing. I keep my website up to date, which keeps buyers coming back.

3. I am available 24/7. Holidays included. If you need me, you can call anytime. I will do my best to answer, and if I don't I will make sure I get back to you within a couple of hours.

4. I keep my customers and clients up to date. Some agents may be too busy to update their clients about the status of their home. I never take on too many buyers and sellers that I can't handle. When you work with me, you will feel as if you are my only client.

5. I have been in this business for a long time. I have a lot of experience in real estate. I have sold many homes in all different price ranges. I am also an associate broker, meaning that I have gone through years of education and training.
