Brooks Hunt made our dream home a reality. When we first met Brooks back in early 2003, we were only semi-serious about buying a house. We knew we wanted a house, but figured we couldn't afford one. He was always willing to go out with us on a moments notice to look at houses we saw in the newspaper or from internet postings he sent to us. We looked at hundreds of houses all over Boise. He never got frustrated when we changed our criteria, which we did daily, as to what we were looking for in a house.

Brooks was very informative on the whole home-buying experience and answered all the questions we barraged him with over the course of our home buying experience. He knew what areas to show us, average prices in that area, and put together a variety of houses to view in that area. My wife and I went back and forth so many times on what we were looking for in a house, but Brooks was patient and made suggestions when appropriate. Once we decide on a house, Brooks helped us through the financing and closing procedures. Thanks to Brooks we now live in a beautiful house that we can afford and in a neighborhood we call home.
